RETURN POLICY
TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

- Click on the messaging icon for assistance in the bottom right-hand corner. Our specialist will assist you with your return.
- Two conditions apply:
1. If the product is defective, the first return is at SST's expense.
2. If the product is not defective, return it within 30 days of purchase.
3. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. The product will be returned at the customer's expense.
- When you have received the acceptance, take the box and make sure the product is inside in its original condition.
- Affix the label to the Canada Post return envelope or box.
- Drop off your package at a Canada Post office.
- Once the parcel has been received, please allow approximately 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
- In store: immediate refund
- Please note that due to customs and transportation fees, the return policy does not apply to customers outside Canada.

Please be advised that many companies have changed their return and warranty policies. We must respect their requirements, as all our suppliers have different warranty periods and policies.
In the event of a defect, please contact our in-store specialist to make sure it is still under warranty. Our advisor will be happy to verify this information with you.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
The following items are not covered by company warranties:
- Incorrect maintenance or neglect
- Accidents or damage caused by an accident
- Natural color fading or normal wear and tear
- There is no guarantee on products in liquidation (final sale).
